Mizuno Enerzy XP is a super -critical damping material injected with nitrogen, designed to offer an ideal balance between high energy recovery and damping. This allows you to run faster and you will be pushed forward during every step. The round design of the sole is based on spikes where the heel is also very up. This means that you will land well on the middle and forefoot when fatigue. This is called the Smooth Speed Assist, so that you continue to make an ideal settlement to the finish.
