1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment. Customized or made-to-order shoes are not eligible for cancellation once production begins.
2. Returns
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original box and packaging
With all tags or labels attached
Final sale, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

3. Refunds
Once the returned shoes are inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
